Emergency Contact Procedures
These procedures are to be followed in case of an emergency where immediate attention is required. During business hours (Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm MST), please contact our support coordinator or a member of the technology team at 801.553.1101 before following these steps.
- Contact Vérité using the accompanying form.
- Vérité will contact the requestor within 15 minutes acknowledging receipt of email.
- Vérité will continue to contact requestor to find and understand the issue. Once the issue is found, customer will receive an ETA on fix.
- Vérité will continue with feedback to customer every ½ hour, either by email or by phone until issue is resolved.
